Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning the buyer can only request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, the buyer’s item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us to return items and we will advise you on how to best proceed.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will send an email to notify the buyer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the buyer of approval or rejection of the refund.
If a return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer’s original form of payment.
Payment processing fees and shipping costs (included in item sale costs) will be deducted from the refund.
Robinson Aerospace Systems reserves the right to reject refunds if we suspect items were broken by the buyer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transport. Please contact us if your items are defective or damaged and we will assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
In some cases, will we request to have the item returned to us, so we can inspect the item and determine what the fault is. We will pay return shipping costs in this situation.
