Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment and Lead times
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Transit Time Domestically
Transit times vary often. We select postal services based on reliability and transit time. An estimated transit time will be shown once a tracking number is received.
Dispatch Time
If in stock, items are dispatched within 2 business days of placing an order.
Change Of Delivery Address
The buyer can request to change the delivery address any time until the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only (Australia Post). We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
To receive in-stock items faster, please place the orders separately.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the situation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment, based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service, if possible. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Change of Carrier Service
We reserve the right to change the shipping company and service used to ship your order at any time. We will only ever change carriers if services are comparable or if the carrier originally chosen at checkout becomes unavailable.
GST (Sales Tax)
GST of 10% is included in the displayed cost of all items.
Order Cancelations (Prior to Shipping)
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations (After Order Dispatch)
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders for our Pilot Program are targeted to be dispatched during March 2023, more updates will be provided to customers as we get closer. Customers will be notified of any potential or confirmed delays in the March dispatch timeframe. If severe delays are expected, customers will be contacted with the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund.
Exact dates for dispatch are not confirmed, however we are working hard to dispatch early-mid March.
